SLOSH 100 is the most coveted startup competition in the world.
You and your fellow wannabe entrepreneurs have been chosen to attend this exclusive event. Your group has got two minutes to present your business idea to wealthy investors. They are known to be a picky lot, but if your presentation makes them sit up and take notice, you just might get funding for your great business proposition and be on your way to one day making some serious dough with it.
You can pitch for 10 000 € for a ten per cent share in your company, 49 999 € for 49,9% or a whopping 100 000 € for total control of everything (also all creative control included, mind).
Together with a few partners, choose your business idea from the suggestions below. Like in a pizzeria, you can always choose FANTASIA and decide yourselves what goes into your spectacular and innovative idea that nobody has thought of before.
After choosing your projest, plan a two-minute pitch in which you attempt to sell your idea to the investors/business tycoons. Try to involve everyone in your group. Then give your pitch to the SLOSH 100 attendees (i.e. your class). Please find below suggested projects and guidance for planning your pitch.
After all the pitches have been given, the rest of the class will decide how much they want to invest in each idea: 0%, 10%, 49,99% or 100% of company stock. SLOSH is known to be a laid-back show, so hopefully fun will be had by all! Enjoy! 🙂
